About the Team
The Maintenance team is a group of Maintenance Technicians that ensures that a facility remains in operating form. Daily tasks vary based on the facility's needs, including repairs, aesthetic work, and machinery upkeep.
About the Role
Under minimal supervision, perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems on manufacturing and ancillary equipment. This includes rebuilds, complex mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, project support, and preventive/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect and electrically test machinery for malfunctions.
- Read and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and prints.
- Utilize PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and programming.
- Maintain, service, install, and repair electrical and electronic circuitry.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Monitor, schedule, and document preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with shift coverage and collaborate on equipment diagnosis.
- Perform facility safety inspections and work overtime as required.
Requirements
Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in high-pressure environments. Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, and computer operated control circuitry (up to 480V) is essential. Mechanical work willingness is also required.
