What You'll Do

The Regional Sales Manager, Food Service West is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for foodservice and vending channels. This role leverages a regional broker network and a national sales team to expand distributor networks, drive new account sales, and deliver excellent customer service. Key duties include:

  • Develop and implement market strategies for foodservice and vending channels.
  • Coordinate pricing structures and support programs like rebates and incentives.
  • Manage and analyze regional broker networks to increase sales volumes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Deliver presentations and manage customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and SQF practices.
  • Prepare monthly variance reports and budget updates.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 5 years in CPG foodservice sales. Experience with national accounts such as US Foods, Sysco, and others is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to travel up to 60% is required. A valid driver’s license and physical capability for moderate lifting are also necessary.
