About the role
Video Editor and Motion Designer
We’re looking for a sharp, creative Video Editor who can do more than just cut footage — someone who understands storytelling, has an eye for design, and can bring edits to life with a little motion magic in After Effects. This role is for someone who enjoys making content feel premium, clean, and purposeful. You’ll be helping shape videos that look cinematic, feel modern, and communicate clearly across brand, social, and campaign formats.
What you’ll do
- Edit long-form and short-form videos for social media, brand films, podcasts, events, and promotional content.
- Add clean motion graphics, titles, transitions, and simple animations in After Effects.
- Design thumbnails, key visuals, title cards, and basic social media creatives when needed.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across edits, typography, color, and layout.
- Work closely with the creative team to turn raw footage into polished stories.
- Keep files, project structures, and versioning organized and efficient.
What we’re looking for
- Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Good sense of design, typography, composition, and visual rhythm.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects.
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what keeps people watching.
- Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly without losing quality.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a genuine love for making things look good.
Bonus points
- Experience with motion graphics, reels, ads, and social-first content.
- Familiarity with color correction, sound design, and clean audio mixing.
- A portfolio that shows both editing skill and visual taste.
- Interest in brands, storytelling, and content that feels modern and sharp.
What kind of person fits here
You should be someone who cares about the final frame, not just the timeline. Someone who can think visually, edit cleanly, and add just enough motion to make content feel alive without overdoing it.
What we offer
- A creative environment with room to experiment and grow.
- Work that ranges from brand films to social content and everything in between.
- A team that values storytelling, design, and thoughtful execution.
