About the Role: Home-Based Online ESL Teacher

TalkEnglishClass is seeking a dedicated Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to educate European students in English. This role offers the flexibility to conduct lessons on your own schedule from the comfort of your home, focusing on personalized instruction and comprehensive student evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach the English language to European students online.
  • Evaluate student performance based on established guidelines.
  • Clock in on the teaching website before class time, managing lessons according to your schedule.
  • Conduct corrections and provide effective instruction during classes.
  • Administer assessments and tests for students.
  • Provide personalized lessons tailored for every single student.

Requirements

  • Possess a clean accent English speaker.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
  • Patient and capable of managing classes with any age group.
  • Have a reliable workstation with a stable power supply and internet connection.
  • Energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful demeanor.

Required Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday 9pm - 5am / Night Shift
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (Saturday 8am-11am) / Day Shift
  • Monday - Friday 6pm - 12am / Evening Shift
