About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Field Operations Senior Analyst to join the Global Field Operations team. In this role, you will support and execute a range of strategic initiatives across our go-to-market organization, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual planning including quota distribution, territory assignments, and capacity modeling.
  • Deliver data-backed insights for sales acceleration and market segmentation.
  • Manage end-to-end sales forecasting with leadership support.
  • Implement pipeline hygiene practices via processes and automations.
  • Produce territory performance reports and strategic meeting materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and RevOps teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with sales or GTM teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with quota setting, territory design, and capacity modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and pipeline management.
  • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or advanced Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
  • Experience preparing materials for executive business reviews and board meetings.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based work with computer-related duties, extended periods of sitting or standing. Some light lifting may be required.
