About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Field Operations Senior Analyst to join the Global Field Operations team. In this role, you will support and execute a range of strategic initiatives across our go-to-market organization, ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual planning including quota distribution, territory assignments, and capacity modeling.
- Deliver data-backed insights for sales acceleration and market segmentation.
- Manage end-to-end sales forecasting with leadership support.
- Implement pipeline hygiene practices via processes and automations.
- Produce territory performance reports and strategic meeting materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and RevOps teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with sales or GTM teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with quota setting, territory design, and capacity modeling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and pipeline management.
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or advanced Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
- Experience preparing materials for executive business reviews and board meetings.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based work with computer-related duties, extended periods of sitting or standing. Some light lifting may be required.
