About the Role

In the context of deploying and optimizing its ERP system, our client is strengthening its team and recruiting an ERP Project Manager for Sage X3. This is a key position within a structuring ERP project.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Sage X3 deployment and migration projects (planning, coordination, monitoring).
• Gather business needs and write functional specifications.
• Participate in implementation: configuration, testing, data migration, acceptance.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Train and support users (support, documentation).
• Contribute to ERP evolutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Sage X3 in project management.
• Experience in an ESN (IT service company) or client-side environment (ideally industrial).
• Good understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, production, etc.).
• Proficiency in project methodologies.
• Ability to be proactive with a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a business partner mindset.
• Professional English proficiency.
