Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support via calls, chats, and emails.
- Quickly identify and resolve client issues with effective solutions.
- Establish strong, lasting relationships using excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with the team to share ideas and continuously improve service.
Profile
Minimum one year of experience in a bilingual support role, strong written and verbal communication in French and English, and comfort with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify are required. Experience in e-commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer with at least i5 processor or equivalent.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps up and down).
