Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support via calls, chats, and emails.

Profile

Minimum one year of experience in a bilingual support role, strong written and verbal communication in French and English, and comfort with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify are required. Experience in e-commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Personal computer with at least i5 processor or equivalent.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps up and down).
