About the Shopify Store Assistant Role
TalentPop App is seeking a skilled and organized Shopify Store Assistant to support fast-growing brands. In this remote role, you will streamline e-commerce operations and ensure smooth store management for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Store Management: Ensure products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate.
- Product & Inventory: Upload, optimize new items, track stock, and coordinate restocks.
- Order Operations: Manage orders, track fulfillment, and process refunds/returns.
- Data Analysis: Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work with customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.
Who We're Looking For
You should have at least a year of hands-on Shopify experience, strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent written communication. Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.
