About the French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Role

Are you fluent in French and English? Join TalentPop App as a Customer Support Specialist and become the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers using voice and chat. This is a fully remote opportunity where your language skills and problem-solving abilities will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will handle inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email. Your key duties include:

  • Deliver outstanding bilingual support via voice and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Build strong customer relationships with personalized interactions
  • Collaborate with the team for consistent service
  • Share feedback to help improve support processes

What We’re Looking For

We expect you to have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential. Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools, and familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems are a plus. You should be calm under pressure and focused on solutions.

Tech Requirements

A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor and a stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download) is required.
