About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team in a blended role — handling both calls and written support via email and chat.
If you enjoy helping customers in multiple ways, can switch between voice and written communication with ease, and take pride in delivering top-notch service, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do as a French-English Customer Support Specialist
- Support customers via phone, email, and live chat in French and English
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, billing, product information, and accounts
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication across all channels
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously (voice or chat/email)
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Meet performance metrics for calls and written support, including response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, ideally with both voice and non-voice exposure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused
