About the French-English Chat and Email Support Role
TalentPop is seeking a French-English Chat and Email Support specialist to provide high-quality customer support exclusively through chat and email. This is a 100% remote position, meaning no phone calls are involved. Your role will heavily rely on your ability to draft clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses in both French and English.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and human-centric experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries solely via chat and email, in both French and English.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Accurately document all interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Profile Sought
- Minimum one year of experience in customer support, ideally remote or in e-commerce.
- Excellent written proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with customer support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or equivalent is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations in an organized and autonomous manner.
