About the French-English Chat and Email Support Role at TalentPop App

TalentPop App is recruiting a French-English Chat and Email Support specialist to provide high-quality customer support exclusively via chat and email. No phone calls are involved. Your role will rely on your ability to draft clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and human experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests solely via chat and email, in French and English.
- Analyze client needs and propose adapted solutions.
- Accurately document exchanges and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex case processing.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Desired Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer support, ideally remote or in e-commerce.
- Excellent written proficiency in French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with customer support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or equivalent is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in an organized and autonomous manner.
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent minimum.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for download and upload.
