TalentPop App is seeking a French-English Chat and Email Support specialist to provide high-quality customer assistance exclusively via chat and email. No phone calls are involved. Your role hinges on your ability to craft clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries solely through chat and email, in both French and English.
- Analyze client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document all exchanges and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams for the resolution of complex cases.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in customer support, ideally remote or in e-commerce.
- Excellent written proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with customer support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify or equivalent is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations in an organized and autonomous manner.
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent minimum.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for both download and upload.
