French Bilingual Customer Support Agent at TalentPop App

We’re seeking a French Bilingual Customer Support Agent to confidently support customers in both French and English, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.   • Provide customer support via email, chat, and/or phone in both French and English.

  • Meet key performance metrics, including response time, CSAT, and resolution rate.

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal communication.
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience (BPO, eCommerce, SaaS, or similar backgrounds preferred).
