French Bilingual Customer Support Agent at TalentPop App
We’re seeking a French Bilingual Customer Support Agent to confidently support customers in both French and English, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and/or phone in both French and English.

- Escalate complex cases to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Meet key performance metrics, including response time, CSAT, and resolution rate.
- Deliver a consistently positive and brand-aligned customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal communication.
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience (BPO, eCommerce, SaaS, or similar backgrounds preferred).
- Strong communication and effective problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
