About the Role
TalentMesh is an AI-powered recruitment startup that combines people data with cutting-edge frameworks to enable faster, more inclusive, and more accurate hiring. We are developing our technology platform to support recruitment and are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help design and evolve our product.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design of TalentMesh’s core software product.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with engineering and recruitment teams to translate product vision into usable interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.
- Maintain a consistent design system and UI component library.
- Contribute insights on product features, flows, and experience strategy.
