What You Will Do
As a Support Analyst Templates Administration, your main responsibility involves the design, creation, updating, and maintenance of checklists’ templates, a key module in our solution. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for new, updated, or amended checklists, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Working within the Business Architecture & Solution Design team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of checklists’ projects and requests.
Responsibilities (How We Will Measure Success)
- Design, create, update, and maintain checklists’ templates in accordance with global standards.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for checklist creation, updates, and amendments.
- Support the implementation of checklists’ projects and requests within the Business Architecture & Solution Design team.
- Provide daily support to Operational teams across different jurisdictions regarding checklist usage.
- Investigate and resolve checklists’ issues, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing underlying issues and root causes, proposing effective business solutions.
Tasks (What Does the Role Do on a Day-to-Day Basis)
- Design, create, update, standardize, and maintain checklists through collaboration with international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Investigate checklists’ issues and their root causes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in defining user acceptance tests (UAT) for new or enhanced checklists.
- Evaluate opportunities and potential risks associated with proposed checklist changes.
- Support staff and teams in implementing recommended checklist changes, resolving related issues.
- Ensure end-users' checklist requests are addressed within defined Business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

About You
Required Experience
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ year of Application Support experience.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders (subject matter experts, peers, managers, customers, suppliers).
- 'Can do' attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to take initiative and self-manage.
- Experience operating within a firm in Financial Services, Private Equity, or Investor Services.
- Experience with globally distributed teams in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and provision of informed insights.
Desired Criteria:
- Implementation experience is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to draft detailed mock-ups/specifications.
- Experience in Agile ways of working.
Desired Criteria:
- Familiarity with applying standards, practices, and assessments relevant to product development is a plus.
- A quick learner, eager and proactive to support the business and become a subject matter expert.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops is beneficial but not essential.
