About the Role

The Affiliate Manager for iGaming Product at TalentIn is part of a rapidly growing startup in the iGaming space. The company is developing innovative gambling and betting products and setting new industry standards on a global scale.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a candidate with:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models, traffic sources, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with decision-making based on metrics.
  • A robust network of contacts in iGaming (a major plus).
  • English level at least upper-intermediate (B2).
  • Business acumen, independence, and a focus on scaling and profitability.

Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Identifying and recruiting new partners in Tier-1 GEO markets.
  • Leading negotiations and building long-term relationships.
  • Designing and implementing bonus programs and motivational initiatives.
  • Representing the company at industry events.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing according to ROI, eCPA, and ARPU.
  • Keeping abreast of trends and competitor activities.
