What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide training on the content transfer process to the new platform.
• Upload approximately 400-500 existing documents to the Knowledge @ Hiring Company platform.
• Transfer approximately 300 existing URLs to the new platform.
• Create and transfer content from unique pages, including guidelines and new pages as necessary.
• Ensure the redirection of the current site to the new platform.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Specialization in web design, publication, data visualization, and graphic design.
• Minimum three years of experience with international organizations in digital publishing or web communications.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in web development, content creation, and digital publishing.
• Experience in document management and real-time content updates.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience on large-scale humanitarian or development initiatives.
• Knowledge of Hiring Company's operations and core values.
• Familiarity with the Knowledge @ Hiring Company platform.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
