Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
- Secure required documentation by contacting the appropriate parties
- Expedite and track case handling using documentation systems
- Meet required metrics while managing multiple cases simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience in call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work shifts primarily Monday to Friday
