What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create technical documentation of system processes and flows to aid user understanding.
• Develop user guides, reference guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary data.
• Organize ideas and concepts to produce concise and clear documentation.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and changing priorities.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
• High working-level computer literacy with authoring tools.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, communications, journalism, or technical writing.
• Proficiency in PHP and .NET.
• Experience with enterprise applications and technical architecture.
• Ability to create workflows using Lucidchart.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
