About The Role

Talentify.io is seeking a skilled and collaborative Sr. Disaster Recovery & Compliance Specialist to join our IT Organization. This role is responsible for developing, communicating, and maintaining enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies and plans to ensure the resilience of our IT infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with IT service owners, business resilience partners, and key stakeholders to implement effective technical recovery solutions and build a culture of preparedness.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Planning: Implement and manage enterprise-wide DR strategies, develop DR plans, and translate technical concepts into accessible business narratives.
  • Testing & Validation: Lead disaster recovery tests, coordinate tabletop exercises, and report on recovery metrics.
  • Technical Implementation: Design robust backup and recovery solutions across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments; enforce standards and document IT assets.
  • Response & Crisis Support: Respond to disaster events, coordinate recovery efforts, and support incident response teams.
  • Training, Awareness & Vendor Engagement: Provide DR training, maintain vendor relationships, and oversee IT compliance and governance.
