What To Expect

As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Strategic Projects Team, you will:

  • Oversee design, development, and technical implementation of software products and services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams for new solutions or upgrades.
  • Monitor program performance from initiation to delivery, engaging with external customers and field-based employees.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Solutions Architects and System Technologists.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

What Is Required

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of Project Management or Solution Engineering experience, or a Master's Degree with 4+ years experience. 6+ years of project management experience for complex deployments/software application deployments is needed. A strong understanding of system integration and deployment is required as well as legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely and ability to obtain background clearance.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) Certification.
  • PMP or similar project management qualifications.
  • 5+ years in a technical role overseeing software delivery.
  • Agile environment experience to deliver customer value quickly.
  • Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and quality processes.
