What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage full lifecycle of medium to large IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Oversee scope, cost, schedule, resources and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and escalate issues.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and implement corrective actions.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years' experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and stakeholder/vendor management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
