What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurances.
