What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Analyze and monitor system behavior using Azure Monitor and other Azure-based tools to proactively resolve performance issues.
  • Provide integration support across enterprise systems including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Financial Reporting (FR).
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting for distributed systems, focusing on logs, error tracing, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to validate deployments and address production issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to workflows, dependencies, and system configuration changes.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in system analysis or application support with at least 2 years in Azure environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, DevOps, or equivalent Azure tools.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, log analysis, and error tracing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues in complex, multi-tier environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Azure Application Insights, Azure Functions, or Event Hubs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and system performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements within regulated environments.
  • Exposure to SSO integration, financial systems, or warehouse management systems.
