What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues. You will identify customer needs and provide assistance related to SSL, servers, and relational databases. Routine call center activities regarding business products and services will be performed. You will also utilize provided tools to facilitate effective customer conversations and maintain accurate customer profiles and account information.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SSL, and/or servers.
