What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule patient appointments and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage patient reception and appointment check-in processes.
• Verify insurance information for patients.
• Assist with training and support for new staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service or one year in a Radiology Department.
• Residence in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Effective communication with patients and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling.
• Background in a high-volume call center.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record systems.
