What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee and direct the activities of personnel providing RPO support.
• Manage RPO schedules and monitor daily operations effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of RPO time cards.
• Interface with FAA personnel to meet training service needs.
• Provide leadership and support to the training team.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of RPO experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to interpret diagrams and manuals.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Direct experience as an RPO at Los Angeles ARTCC (ZLA).
• Experience in Terminal Radar Lab or En Route Lab.
• Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
