What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
