About the Role
The Remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist is a remote opportunity in the energy efficiency services industry. You will handle inbound calls, assist with energy efficiency programs, schedule visits, manage enrollments, and provide technical support. You will also engage in chat/email interactions and maintain performance metrics.

- Support visit scheduling, enrollment, and technical queries.
- Navigate multiple platforms and use support scripts.
- Maintain performance metrics and provide real-time updates.
- Engage in chat/email interactions as required.
Qualifications
Required: High School Diploma or GED; 6+ months in a customer-facing role; 35+ words per minute typing speed; strong attendance; call center experience preferred.
Preferred: Sales-oriented mindset; ability to manage multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment; previous call center customer support experience.
