What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Remote Customer Service Associate I, you will:
- Handle 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily to assist customers.
- Provide information on payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage inquiries.
- Explain customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
- Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- Residency within 60 miles of the office location.
- Availability to attend training for the first 90 days.
- Ability to work within the specified hours of operation.
