What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service Associate I, you will:

  • Handle 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily to assist customers.
  • Provide information on payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage inquiries.
  • Explain customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
  • Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
  • Residency within 60 miles of the office location.
  • Availability to attend training for the first 90 days.
  • Ability to work within the specified hours of operation.
