What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Property Desk Adjuster, you will evaluate insurance policies and claims to determine coverage, conduct investigations, gather reports, inspect damages, communicate with claimants, prepare detailed reports, negotiate settlements, and manage an assigned caseload utilizing efficient technology.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

The role requires three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the IIA-AIC designation must be obtained within 12 to 18 months.
