What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Project Manager Remote, you will:

• Create patient and site-facing recruitment materials to support clinical study planning.
• Develop the site feasibility questionnaire and trial/program level slide decks.
• Manage recruitment vendors and oversee project timelines.
• Conduct database searches and perform data analysis for clinical studies.
• Contribute to functional area process improvement and training initiatives.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Applicants must have previous experience in project management or a related field, strong analytical skills for data analysis and database searches, excellent communication skills for creating recruitment materials and collaborating with teams, and the ability to work under mentorship in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in supporting clinical study planning and recruitment efforts.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in clinical research or the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred. Candidates familiar with trial optimization and recruitment strategies, and those with prior involvement in creating training materials or process improvement initiatives along with knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance in clinical trials will stand out.
