What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

The Process Improvement Analyst will:

• Analyze diverse data sets to identify trends and measure project effectiveness.
• Define and document business requirements based on data insights.
• Identify key performance metrics and establish reporting methods.
• Support projects from inception through maintenance.
• Create and execute test cases including user acceptance testing (UAT) for software changes.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in retail, business, or finance. Proficiency in data/statistical analysis, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required. SQL experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation or operational process improvement, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capability to work independently while managing shifting project scopes and deadlines.
