About the Role: Privacy Analyst

This position is with Talentify.io, supporting the Enterprise Privacy Office for Optum Care. The role involves investigating privacy issues, reviewing documents to ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and developing privacy training for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate potential privacy issues and assess allegations
  • Review documents and regulations for HIPAA compliance
  • Oversee remediation and corrective action plans after audits
  • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs
  • Provide guidance on privacy regulation compliance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Privacy, Investigations, or Legal. They should have a strong understanding of HIPAA, proven ability to manage privacy plans, and experience in writing operational policies with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a Certified Information Privacy Professional certification or similar credentials and experience conducting privacy reviews and audits are preferred.
