What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process new prescription orders, refills, or clarifications accurately.
• Utilize multiple software programs to review patient profiles and enter prescription information.
• Update and maintain patient records with attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to address clarifications and transfer information.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure data security.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Colorado Provisional Pharmacy License or preference for Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License (VPI covers cost for provisional license).
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
