Job Responsibilities

You will perform daily functions in a remote work environment including ACH, Wire, and RTP processing. Your responsibilities include ensuring optimal efficiency and excellent customer service for all internal and external clients, reconciling daily reports and addressing unresolved discrepancies in a timely manner, assisting branch and business line employees with procedural queries, and recommending procedural revisions to ensure compliance with regulations and process improvement.

Qualifications

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and 5-7 years in Deposit Operations at a retail or commercial bank. Proven tactical skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are critical. Flexibility is required to work shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM EST or 12 Noon to 9 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with internal systems and knowledge of organization policies and procedures, along with a track record in championing operational efforts and effective collaboration, will help you stand out.
