What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives to meet performance metrics
  • Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff with strict adherence protocols
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance deficiencies
  • Communicate with staff, management, and clients to resolve issues
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable management
  • Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in healthcare financial services or managed care environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to provide advanced customer service and staff training
