Talentify.io is partnering with a Wealth Management Firm to offer a remote paralegal opportunity. This role offers a competitive base salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, eligibility for corporate bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional perks include opportunities for professional development and 18 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, increasing to 25 days after four years of service.
What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Draft and review company agreements including nondisclosure, vendor, and related agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team through document execution and filing.
- Assist in privacy and information security compliance measures and data protection policies.
- Support merger and acquisition activities including due diligence and post-closing deliverables.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, an Associate's degree with a Paralegal Certificate and 3-5 years of experience is considered. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program, and strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is expected.
