What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Deliver specific course content in an online environment while providing instruction and support
- Monitor student progress using the K12 learning management system
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to address inquiries and provide guidance
- Develop and maintain student academic records and generate formal reports
- Organize community engagement activities and lead student/parent orientations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of successful teaching experience within a virtual setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to clear required background checks
- Strong content knowledge and ability to support students and adults
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities
