Overview

The Onboarding Specialist role at Talentify.io transforms hospital pharmacy operations from a cost center into an active revenue generator using advanced technology and market-leading services.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain patient referral data from referral sources via phone.
  • Answer incoming phone calls pertaining to referrals.
  • Perform clerical duties and document referral information.
  • Identify and document patient team assignments.
  • Notify the intake coordinator of pending referrals.
  • Enter new patient information into the computer system.
  • Assist Intake with phone communication as needed.
  • Ensure accurate transfer of patient insurance information.
  • Perform duties in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • 1+ year of call center experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
