What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Write and edit communications addressing operational incidents.
• Attend issue management meetings as the marketing representative.
• Determine effective communication strategies based on audience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute supporting collateral.
• Manage internal email platforms and report monthly to executives.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1+ years experience in communications or consumer marketing.
• Proven ability in creating comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong writing and editing skills across various channels.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the financial services and/or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Airtable, SendGrid, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
