What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and oversee the Threshold Program's Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan
• Update the M&E Plan in alignment with MCC policies using the MCC M&E Plan Template
• Collaborate with implementing partners to review and advise on monitoring practices
• Aggregate quarterly monitoring data for centralized reporting to MCC
• Conduct field observations and interviews to validate monitoring data

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years assessing program monitoring data quality
• Minimum 3 years developing data collection instruments
• Minimum 8 years in managing relationships with partners and government counterparts
• Proficient in data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience using statistical software (Stata, SPSS, SAS, R)
• Prior exposure to Kiribati or Pacific Island countries
• Experience working with MCC
• Familiarity with scholarship and employment promotion programs
