What You Will Do

Oversee liability claims operations by guiding claim examiners and technical staff, managing workloads, providing training, and ensuring proper adjudication through technical and jurisdictional direction. You will manage active diaries for complex or high-exposure claims and act as a second-level appeal authority.

  • Supervise claim examiners and technical operations colleagues.
  • Advise management on trends, issues, and process improvements.
  • Provide technical and jurisdictional guidance on claims adjudication.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and development of your team.
