What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT helpdesk requests from staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Security teams on onboarding/offboarding.
- Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software, and other hardware.
- Manage Mobile Device Management systems including BYOD policies and endpoint security.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles, familiarity with cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity practices, experience with traditional on-premises LAN/WAN infrastructure, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, IT or security certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco), understanding of financial services regulations and privacy requirements, prior experience in financial services or technology infrastructure for regulated environments, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and budget considerations.
