What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT helpdesk requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and Security teams for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software and other hardware efficiently.
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, including BYOD policies and endpoint security.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Familiarity with cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience with traditional on-premises LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
