What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT helpdesk requests.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Security teams for onboarding and offboarding.
- Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software and other hardware efficiently.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, including BYOD policies and endpoint security.
