What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supervising the activities of the Inside Sales Team to enhance service sales
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues
- Ensuring team meets or exceeds sales call activity goals for new sales and lead generation
- Forecasting and recruiting qualified candidates for team positions
- Executing ongoing training and coaching sessions for Inside Sales Representatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of direct business-to-business sales experience
- Ability to establish and maintain accurate customer records
- Strong leadership skills for supervising and motivating the team
