What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR Partners, Finance, and leadership.
- Prepare and coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize HR systems and maintain data integrity.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR analytics, payroll coordination, or related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with Workday HCM platform and ADP eTime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages such as R or Python.
- Background in working within a global or multi-site organization.
