What To Expect - Job Responsibilities

What Is Required - Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare systems call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or an equivalent combination.
  • At least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to remain at designated workspace for extended periods.
