What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor health process and outcomes data analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design data models and reporting solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for leadership.
• Provide technical support and documentation for data utilization among analysts, managers, and clinicians.
• Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, IT, business, data science, or related field.
• Minimum three years of directly related work experience.
• Proficiency in database and query design for modeling and reporting.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support.
• At least three years working in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Vizient and other healthcare benchmarking tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare informatics and medical terminology.
